What to Wear on Valentine’s Day: Date Outfit Idea for Every Occasion

Stuck on what to wear on Valentine’s Day? After all finding affordable, quality valentine’s day outfits can be hard to come by sometimes. Today I share my version of something a little different. Before I continue, I want to apologize for not having a new post in over a week, I have been feeling less than myself (uninspired to put it a better way) and I honestly didn’t want to share a post simply cos I had to. If you already aren’t following me on Instagram, what are you waiting for? I share a lot of fashion looks on there. Today’s dress is by Asos and it is available for $56. The best part is that my colorblock dress is available up to a size 14:–)

This color block dress reminds me of classic DVF dress which was what drew me to it in the first place. I love the fabric. It is made with jersey so super light and perfect for anytime of the year (with a jacket for winter time)

 

Style Tip

You can style this dress with a skinny belt too for better waist definition. Also try open toe sandals with it.  Also don’t forget to wear shape wear underneath it, since this is a pretty light fabric. You can also add a brooch to reduce the length of the slit for a more demure look.

I decided to keep everything else neutral since I was wearing a bold dress. My earrings are by Baublebar, check them out for amazing quality fashion jewelry pieces. I am wearing the classic tassel earrings. I am a mix of NYX Beijing & Cabo on my lips.

Sizing

I am wearing a US size 6, I always go up one size when I buy outfits on Asos.
