Monochromatic Fashion: Work Edition

Hello,

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I am ending the week in this monochromatic work or play inspired look. The monochrome trend is a classic look that has always been around. I am a firm believer in finding new ways to wear the same outfit so today, I am wearing a skirt that I have worn previously, here and here and here. A well fitted pencil skirt should be a staple in every woman’s closet. While black is fantastic, varying to other colors such as wine is a great idea.

I paired my favorite pencil skirt (which is now sold out, other options below) with this $19 cord turtle neck sweater by Asos for a winter appropriate look. In keeping with the monochrome look, I chose my favorite wine pumps. I added a brooch and earrings for pops of color. Thanks for reading and let me know what you think by leaving a comment.
