Hello,
I hope you have been doing great? If you have been looking for a guide of vetted Black-Owned local businesses in Atlanta to support, today’s post is just for you. Below is a list of female-owned businesses that I personally patronize. Some I discovered earlier this year but others I have featured numerous times on here or on social.
Black-Owned Small Businesses to support in Atlanta
Ladyee Boutique (@ladyeeboutique)
If you have been following me for a while, you know I have shared a lot of fashion posts from this Atlanta based boutique over the years. Below is a collage highlighting a few of my favorite outfits over the years. With Ladyee Boutique, you will always get quality, unique, stylish pieces at various price points and great customer service. You can SHOP easily through their website.
F & W Style (@fwstyle)
F & W Style is another brand that I have featured numerous times over the years because I love their bag designs. I am personally biased when it comes to their Rose Clutch (I have purchased 3 of them over the last few years.) If you are looking for quality leather bags, you have the option to stop by their studio here in Atlanta or SHOP online on their website.
Jewels by Jadore (@jewelsbyjadore.co)
Jewels by Jadore is another fashion boutique that sells clothing and accessories that I have included on my list. I love their vibrant pieces (I absolutely love bright colors) especially their extensive collection of maxi dresses and jumpsuits and accessories perfect for this time for the year. You can SHOP this Atlanta based business online.
EWE Candle (@ewe_home)
Moving away from fashion, let me introduce you to Erica Key an Atlanta based food blogger’s brilliant venture into infusing her love for food into creating a unique line of candles and home fragrances called EWE Candle. My current favorite candle is the White Tea and Berries Candle and I always have the Golden Rose spray on hand. SHOP these and more unique candle scents on their website.
Misayo House (@misayohouse)
Shifting gears, I am sharing the only jewelry designer on my list, Misayo House a brand I featured numerous times on here over the years. If you’re looking to include Luxe pieces, dainty pieces perfect for every day, bold pieces for special occasions, and more, SHOP Misayo House. I am a ring gal, so I own a few of their rings which have lasted for years!
Marimad Luxury Spa (@marimadluxuryspa)
I have been going to Marimad Luxury spa now for well over a year and for good reason, Mariam has been a big part of the glow on my skin. This black-owned spa is run by an expert who knows her stuff when it comes to skincare. You can click my IG HIGHLIGHTS for the many videos I have shared over the last year. My skin wouldn’t have thrived without their Quarantine Facial Kit. Head to Marimad for your next facial.
The Waist Experts (@thewaistexpertsatl)
I had to look out for y’all and share another local business that carries one of my favorite products (especially during the stay-at-home order when I couldn’t hit the gym) The Double Sweatband Belt by The Waist Experts. This product helps me keep my form when I work out & my posture when I am not working out. You can SHOP this and other waist cinchers products on their website.
Fara & O’ma (@faraandoma)
Fara & O’ma is a store I wish existed when I was a kid. I would buy every single piece they have for my daughter if I could LOL. From the attention to detail to the unique designs, your little girl will feel like a princess that she is, in one of their beautiful pieces. You can SHOP their gorgeous pieces which also include one of a kind pieces by contacting them via DM or EMAIL.
Love Always YJE shirts (@lovealwaysyje)
If you’re like me and live in tees (ones with messages especially) when you’re home or running errands, then you will look YJE shirts. I love the message on my sweatshirt and now more than ever with everything going on around the world, I love little reminders like this. You can SHOP my sweatshirt (or gift someone) and more on their website.
Lenox Cupcakes (@lenoxcupcakes)
The final business on my list is hands down my favorite cake shop in Atlanta. Y’all know I have a sweet tooth, and if you’re like me from celebrations or just because hit up Lenox Cupcakes which has two locations (Chamblee & Decatur.) My favorite cupcake flavors are their red velvet and salted caramel and chocolate and key lime pie, basically I love all their gourmet treats! You can easily place orders online.
Thank you for taking the time to read this post, please take time in supporting these Black-Owned businesses by women that I admire and I am recommending based on the quality of their products and service. You don’t have to be local to support them, most offer shipment beyond Atlanta. Also, share this post with a friend and follow them on social.
