I have been praying more & just listening to music that is uplifting cos it’s been helpful. If you need a little something extra my church Buckhead church leads a 10mins prayer every day at noon EST on Facebook Live. On Tuesday we simply prayed Psalm 23.
While so much has changed for us all let’s not forget those who are more vulnerable. If you normally give to an organization/nonprofit pls don’t stop completely. I know Openhand Atlanta needs volunteers.

Cut yourself some slack. It’s been less than a week so you don’t have to have it all figured out, new routine with kids, eating schedule, exercise, filling adjusted to working from home, etc.
Ending this post, with this, I am also trying my best to limit watching the news, limiting my social media time and limiting conversations with anyone who isn’t sharing anything positive.
