How to style a Pleated skirt

Hi,

Happy Monday, I hope your week is off to a great start? It’s the week of Thanksgiving and I am sure like me, you have a lot to be thankful for. I absolutely have a thing for pleated skirts because they look great on all body types. Today I decided to style my pleated skirt for Fall; by pairing my English Factory gold skirt with a sweater by Endless Rose. There is something so beautiful about gold and royal blue together, so I knew this would be a perfect festive look.

I have worn a few pleated skirts in the past, see HERE for past posts. I am all for unique sweaters this season and today’s is a fav of mine. My sweater ($95) and skirt($100) are both available via Shopbop. I decided on a custom jewelry by Zuri Perle for my accessory. I love bold colors and custom jewelry so if you are like me, then check on Zuri Perle for one-of-a-kind pieces. I love this versatile hand crafted piece made with real coral beads. Styling sneakers with skirts is one of my favorite things to do. My sneakers are sold-out but I have linked similar style above.

I love that this pleated skirt has an elastic band, which makes it easy to wear. See the detail on the back of my necklace.

Style Tip

You can add a belt to this look if you want to tuck your sweater in. I love the half tuck look.

Would you try this color combination? Are you  into the pleated skirt trend? Thank you for reading, enjoy the rest of your day!
