How are you doing? I hope you had a great weekend? I had the chance to visit Chicago last week and while I was there I took some photos for the blog. It is so much fun shooting in a new city. I am not big on midi flared skirt (I am more of a pencil skirt type of gal) but something about this organza skirt in heart print by J Crew caught my eye. I have been sharing some of my favorite tops by Asos over the last two weeks and this velvet bodysuit is my latest obsession.
I love the puff sleeve details of this bodysuit. This entire look would be perfect for a day event like a bridal shower or at night for a cocktail party or you can wear it to a wedding. It is also perfect for Fall weather and beyond. My skirt is available up to a size 16 for $118. J Crew always has some type of sale or code available (so check to save on my skirt.) My velvet bodysuit is available for $29.
If you are searching for unique skirts for work and beyond, look no further than the list I am provided below, scroll to see the options available at different price point.
Bodysuit are fantastic options when wearing skirts, it eliminates bulging in the belly area created when you have to tuck in your blouse. Plus bodysuits give you a better silhouette.
For my accessories, I settled on this vintage style earrings by Sequin. My last post was on this jewelry company. You can read about it HERE. I love that the garnet crystals earrings add sparkle/color to my otherwise monochrome look. My purse is by Zara and it is available for under $50. I absolutely love Zara bags because they are durable and affordable.
I am wearing my classic patent shoes by Christian Louboutin. If you are considering splurging on a pair of black shoes, I will recommend this pair.
I will have a new post on Wednesday, so do check back:-) Thank you for reading, please leave any questions or comments below. Enjoy the rest of your day!
