How to Layer for Fall

How are you doing? Did you get a chance to check out yesterday’s Holiday Fashion post? Today’s Fashion Tuesday post is all about layering. I am mixing textures for a chic Fall look. I wanted to try something different from the norm with today’s look, so I put together items in my closet, sometimes its that simple. This look was one of your recent layered favorites. Plaid is a classic Fall piece and if there is an item to buy this season, I’ll recommend a plaid item. Keep reading to find out about this look.

My plaid blouse is from J.Crew and the military style ruffle skirt is by Asos. I decided to add a layer underneath my ruffled blouse with the black Topshop highneck sweater. The sleeves on this blouse is so gorgeous. You can opt for a plain black sweater as another option, I was going for a bit of drama.

I wore thick tights and my new favorite suede shoes by Sam Edelman, its available for under $60. I would also style this with OTK boots. My watch is by Daniel Wellington, you can save 15% off and get free shipping with code TITISPASSION. My sunglasses are by Ditto a subscription based eyewear service. You can try them for free with code TITISPASSION.

 Fashion Tip

The trick with layering, is finding pieces and colors that are cohesive. Have fun and mix your Summer and Fall pieces to create new looks like I did.

Thank you for reading, enjoy the rest of your day!
