Hi and thanks for stopping by my blog. I am sharing the recipe for one of my favorite healthy snacks Parfaits! It is a pretty standard recipe with a few of my personal favorite ingredients. I always have strawberries in my fridge when in season and frozen blueberries is a staple in my freezer. Wild blueberries tend to have more depth of flavor, which is why I prefer it for my Parfaits. I always just grab granola and coconut flakes from my favorite organic store although I am going to try to make my own granola soon.This whole process takes about five minutes and it’s the perfect dessert especially during the hot summer months. I will be serving this to my guests during my next summer event:-)
One Champagne glass
3 teaspoon Greek Yogurt
3 tablespoon granola
1 tablespoon coconut flakes (not sweetened)
1 tablespoon wild blueberries
Pile the ingredients in the order shown in the picture and enjoy a healthy snack:-)
